We serve communities in nine counties, with a total of 27 outpatient clinics, and we are still growing, so join our company and grow with us!</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Ability Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Bilingual Medical Front Office Coordinator who will be responsible in handling all functions necessary for an efficient and productive flow of patients between check-in treatment, and check-outs to join our friendly, fun, and family-oriented team.</p> <ul> <li>Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service </li><li>Answer phones </li><li>Electronic scheduling / book appointments </li><li>Bilingual in Spanish </li><li>Data entry </li><li>Validate current personal and financial information </li><li>Verify insurance benefits </li><li>Charge tickets </li><li>Collecting money over the counter </li><li>Faxing, filing and performing any other duties assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>1+ years of previous knowledge in a medical front office </li><li>Excellent telephone skills </li><li>Proficient in Word and Excel </li><li>Previous experience with medical software preferred </li><li>Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service </li><li>Available and flexible with your hours </li><li>Close attention to detail </li><li>Great time management and organizational skills </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>At Ability Rehabilitation, we believe in fostering a rewarding and supportive work environment.
