<p>Description</p> <p>Job Title: Warehouse Dock Lumper</p> <p>Department: Warehouse - Days</p> <p>Location: FoodPRO (Frederick, MD)</p> <p>Reports To: Warehouse Manager</p> <p>Pay: $18/hr</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The day warehouse employee assists receivers on the dock and lumps product. The warehouse dock lumper is responsible for performing routine tasks on the receiving dock such as: breaking down product on pallets; building pallets with product and separating products by dates and codes; perform general cleaning; general warehouse tasks.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist receivers on the dock and lump product </li><li>Breaking down product and moving it to stocking areas </li><li>Using company equipment to properly lift and store product </li><li>Transport product to stocking area using company equipment </li><li>Maintain a clean work area </li><li>Scrubbing and cleaning the warehouse floors using the company's floor scrubber machine </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Essential Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work with minimal supervision </li><li>Ability to understand and follow directions </li><li>Strong work skills and detail for task performing </li><li>Applicable candidates must pass pre-employment drug screening </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in a warehouse is a plus. </li><li>Electric Pallet Jack or Rider experience a plus </li><li>Forklift experience is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Physical Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift 80 lbs. </li><li>Must be able to squat, bend, and twist </li><li>Must be able to keep up with a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>Education: High School Diploma/ GED</p> <p>Work Environment: Warehouse: Dry, Refrigerated, and Frozen areas</p> <p>Hours: Mid-Shift, Monday-Friday; 6:00am~2:30pm</p>
