Reporting to the Maintenance Manager,</p> <p>this full-time position will play a pivotal role in supporting the maintenance</p> <p>department by handling administrative, analytical, operational tasks, and</p> <p>coordinating projects. By taking ownership of critical support functions, this</p> <p>individual will enable the maintenance team to focus on core activities,</p> <p>ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and minimal equipment</p> <p>downtime.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have strong</p> <p>written communication skills, and possess a solid understanding of data</p> <p>analysis, inventory control processes, and project coordination.</p> <p>Required Skills and Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred. </li><li>Proficiency in data analysis and expertise in Microsoft Excel is essential. </li><li>Strong written communication and typing skills. </li><li>Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is preferred. </li><li>Previous experience in maintenance, mechanical, or technical roles is a plus. </li><li>Proven ability to lead and coordinate small projects, including planning, resource allocation, and reporting. </li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. </li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract position based out of Stevens Point, WI.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
