Work alongside experienced professionals on exciting projects and become part of a growing organization that meets our clients' objectives and solves their challenges!</p> <p>Your Impact</p> <ul> <li>Use relevant work experience and training to perform various underwater tasks. </li><li>Setup and breakdown dive station onsite at project locations. </li><li>Conduct detailed assessments of underwater structures alongside experienced divers. </li><li>Draft inspection reports to clearly convey inspection findings to client. </li><li>Perform routine maintenance of dive equipment under the direct supervision of qualified technician. </li><li>Assist diving supervisors with preparation and planning of underwater assessments and training. </li><li>Attend and successfully complete training required for NBIS Underwater Bridge Inspectors. </li><li>Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED. </li><li>ADCI Entry-Level Tender/Diver </li><li>0-2 years of relevant experience. </li><li>Ability to pass USDOT physical </li><li>Ability to pass ADCI medical examination </li><li>Valid state driver's license. </li><li>Physically capable of performing field work; including working in inclement weather, climbing slopes and ladders, carrying gear (up to 75 lbs), operating small boats, and using hand and power tools, etc. </li><li>Competent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others. </li><li>Capable of self-leadership with attention to detail, ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, follow instructions, and comply with company policies. </li><li>Ability to work independently under general supervision, as well as part of a team to meet business objectives. </li><li>Frequent overnight travel will be required depending on project-specific requirements and project location. </li><li>Selected candidate must have the ability to work in the United States immediately. </li><li>Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety, and drug/alcohol and harassment policies. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Associate or Bachelor's degree. </li><li>Certified Kirby Morgan Hat Technician </li><li>Certified Guardian Full Face Mask Technician </li><li>PSI-PCI Technician </li><li>USDOT physical </li><li>TWIC </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. </li><li>ADCI Air Diver </li></ul> <p>#LI-TH1</p>
