Provide automakers with cutting-edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrow's clean and connected car.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the oversight and operation of warehouse facilities and employees. </li><li>Define and develop material strategy within the Americas Region. </li><li>Participates in sourcing process, long-term capacity and resource planning; product phase-in/phase-out, manufacturing ramp-up, end of life management and product-line management. </li><li>Analyzes supply / demand requirements. Analyzes purchase material supply/demand position using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools in SAP. </li><li>Supports planning of inventory levels based on dependent and independent Bill-of-Materials (BOM) requirements. </li><li>Creates and manages the regulatory import and export strategy for North America to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and look for creative regulatory solutions to overcome trade issues. </li><li>Will be the North American import/export contact to support global supply strategy. </li><li>Analyzes lead times and identifies critical path procurements. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years related experience, or advanced degree with limited experience; or equivalent work experience. </li><li>Experience managing and improving supply chain data, information, and processes Exercises judgment and independence in identifying next steps. </li><li>High proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook). </li><li>Solid foundation in Export Control and Compliance (ECC): ISF, SED, AES, HTS, Tariffs, ACE Portal, International Trade, & lead improvement activities </li><li>Solid understanding of concepts of inventory flow throughout the supply chain. </li><li>Strong understanding of concepts of inventory management and distribution planning. </li><li>Strong customer service focus. </li><li>Ability to develop and provide reports to satisfy ongoing inquires on inventory, capacity and product availability. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate critical information </li><li>Good problem solving and reasoning skills to effectively deal with problems varying in complexity relative to job level. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:</p> <ul> <li>High proficiency with SAP, particularly Supply Chain/Materials/ECC transactions </li><li>5+ years of Supply Chain Management experience (Receiving, Shipping, Inventory adjustments, BOM structures, Production scheduling, Import/Export) </li><li>5+ years Material planning and/or customer service experience </li></ul> <p>As a responsible company, OPmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally.</p>
