<p>Summary:</p> <p>Ultivue, now part of Vizgen, is a leader in spatial proteomics, offering cutting-edge multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) solutions through its OmniVUE product line. We are seeking a Global Product Manager to oversee the OmniVUE assays and reagents, driving the product lifecycle from concept through commercialization. In addition to managing the current portfolio, this role will play a key part in identifying new opportunities for innovation and integration as Vizgen expands its leadership in spatial biology with a multi-omic approach. The ideal candidate will help shape the future of the protein biomarker product line within a growing multi-omic platform, working cross-functionally with R&D, Commercial, Operations, and executive leadership to drive long-term success and scientific impact.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management:</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the product champion for the OmniVUE assay and reagent portfolio.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive development and execution of short- and long-term product strategies aligned with business objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and concept validation through development, launch, and sustaining.</p> </li><li> <p>Expand and evolve the product roadmap by identifying adjacent opportunities, customer pain points, and innovation pathways.</p> </li><li> <p>Prioritize features and new assay panel content based on market need, competitive landscape, and strategic value.</p> </li><li> <p>Market Analysis & Customer Engagement:</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform roadmap decisions and product positioning.</p> </li><li> <p>Engage with key opinion leaders, translational researchers, and pathology stakeholders to gather insights and define product requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as the voice of the customer throughout the development process, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose and differentiating.</p> </li><li> <p>Cross-functional Collaboration:</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate closely with R&D to define specifications, align on development timelines, and support technical validation.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Marketing to craft compelling value propositions, generate targeted content, and develop launch materials.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure successful product availability, scale-up, and support.</p> </li><li> <p>Sales Enablement:</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain sales tools, training materials, and application roadmaps to support commercial execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Support revenue growth planning through forecasting, funnel analysis, and go-to-market optimization.</p> </li><li> <p>Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, and adoption metrics.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify improvement opportunities and drive post-launch enhancement initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain strong knowledge of scientific trends in biomarker discovery, spatial proteomics, and oncology research.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; advanced degree (MBA) preferred. </li><li>3+ years of product management or related experience in the life sciences, preferably in proteomics, transcriptomics, or spatial biology. </li><li>Strong understanding of multiplex immunofluorescence, tissue-based assays, histology workflows, and biomarker analysis. </li><li>Demonstrated experience in developing and expanding product roadmaps and managing complex cross-functional projects. </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally. </li><li>Highly organized and results-oriented, with a bias for action and strong attention to detail. </li></ul> <p>WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY/AFFIRMATIVE ACTION EMPLOYER</p> <p>Vizgen affords equal employment opportunity to all qualified persons regardless of race, color, religious creed, national origin, age, military status, sexual orientation, disability, genetic information, gender identity, gender expression or gender unless based upon a bona fide occupational qualification.</p>
