<p>We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated, and experienced Shift Leader to open the store and lead our Back of House staff during breakfast at least three times a week (Opening shifts are 5:45am-2pm)</p> <p>Consistent Saturday availability is required</p> <p>Outcomes: This position will be responsible for the following outcomes.</p> <ul> <li>Planning and running breakfast shifts </li><li>Create a quality breakfast experience for our guests, (as measured by speed and satisfaction scores) </li><li>Create a positive and encouraging environment for our staff (FOH and BOH) </li><li>Coach and grow our morning staff through setting expectations and providing feedback </li><li>Prepare the Back of House for the day </li><li>Collaborate with Front of House to increase Speed of Service </li><li>Oversee and execute food safety procedures (including rotation of product and internal safety assessments) </li><li>Put away truck orders in the mornings </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Competencies: The best leadership candidates share the following characteristics:</p> <ul> <li>Positive leaders who can coach their teams through accomplishing morning tasks </li><li>Collaborative leaders who can set high expectations for their team, and work alongside them to meet those expectations </li><li>Great communicators who can communicate clearly in an energetic environment </li><li>Focused on improving the food prep experience and able to problem solve with staff </li><li>Learners who are always looking to improve themselves </li><li>Collaborative workers who can think ahead and solve problems proactively and reactively </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive starting wages between $16 and $17.50, depending on availability </li><li>Advancement opportunities </li><li>Employee discount of $9.50 every shift </li><li>Flexible hours and shifts </li><li>Scholarship opportunities available </li></ul> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
