<p>The Department of Behavioral and Social Sciences at Lee University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in Psychology to begin August 2026.</p> <p>We seek a dynamic and collegial scholar-teacher who will contribute to the undergraduate psychology program. The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in Experimental Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a closely related field.</p> <p>Primary teaching responsibilities include teaching undergraduate, on-campus courses such as Research Methods and Statistics; Learning and Cognition; Physiological Psychology; and Psychology of Motivation. Additional responsibilities include academic advising, mentoring undergraduate research, departmental committee participation, scholarship, and university service.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>PhD in Psychology (Experimental or Cognitive preferred). ABD candidates nearing completion may be considered.
