Fueled by Passion, Purpose and Technology.</p> <p>At Slide, you will not only be part of a successful team, but you will also be a part of our Slide Vibe/award winning culture where collaboration and innovation are expected, recognized and awarded!</p> <p>Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful marketing decisions?</p> <p>At Slide, we're looking for a Strategic Marketing Analyst who can connect the dots between customer behavior, campaign performance, and strategic opportunity.</p> <p>If you thrive at the intersection of data, technology, and marketing-and love helping teams make smarter, data-driven decisions-you might be the perfect fit.</p> <p>How You'll Make an Impact</p> <ul> <li>Partner with the Data Analytics and Technology teams to connect and maintain data sources for campaigns and marketing performance reporting. </li><li>Convert data points into strategic recommendations for marketing decisions. </li><li>Develop and refine target audience segments for marketing campaigns. </li><li>Maintain clean, accurate data in all marketing databases. </li><li>Analyze user behavior and work with our UX/UI designer to enhance customer journeys and user experiences. </li><li>Develop and maintain Salesforce reporting dashboards to track key metrics. </li><li>Stay ahead of market trends, integrating fresh insights into our strategic playbook. </li><li>Gather data on market conditions, competitors, consumer behaviors, and the performance of marketing initiatives to produce reports and analyses. </li><li>Track and extract actionable intelligence on competitors, user behavior, and market shifts. </li><li>Design and implement customer and market intelligence surveys to identify gaps and opportunities. </li><li>Perform other duties, as assigned. </li></ul> <p>What you Bring to the Table</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of a High School diploma and pertinent work experience is required. </li><li>3+ years' experience in marketing research, statistical or data analysis required. </li><li>2+ years' experience in Salesforce reporting preferred. </li><li>Some experience in the P&C Insurance industry preferred. </li><li>Experience with CRM and marketing automation tool data analysis preferred. </li></ul> <p>Your Superpowers</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. </li><li>Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible; able to adjust to new requirements or unforeseen issues. </li><li>Skilled in customer data management, customer segmentation, and predicting trends and outcomes. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of professionally interacting with team members across departments. </li><li>Strong planning and organizational skills. </li><li>Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact on a professional level. </li><li>Data-driven, analytical approach necessary. </li><li>Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. </li><li>Desire to live Slide's Core Values. </li></ul> <p>What Slide offers to you:</p> <p>The Slide Vibe - An opportunity to be a part of a fun and innovation-driven culture fueled by Passion, Purpose and Technology!
