<p>Close All</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Engagement, Belonging, and Strategic Impact:</p> <ul> <li>Support the design, planning, and execution of initiatives that foster an accessible, welcoming, and purposeful athletic department community. </li><li>Work alongside the student success team to build student-athlete and coach education around NCAA core guarantees. </li><li>Help organize and deliver the annual Inclusive Sports Summit, co-hosted with campus partners, to elevate conversations on equity and belonging in sport. </li><li>Aid in assessing community engagement efforts and help identify strategies that strengthen staff and student-athlete connection, culture, and alignment with department values. </li><li>Provide administrative support and creative input for internal training, staff programs, and leadership initiatives led by the Associate AD. </li></ul> <p>Student-Athlete Impact and Belonging Programming:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of affinity-based and celebratory programming for student-athletes (e.g., heritage month events, cultural recognition). </li><li>Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of student-athletes into the CUnited leadership group. </li><li>Schedule and facilitate team-based engagement sessions focused on inclusion, belonging, leadership, and community-building. </li><li>Recruit and prepare student-athletes for participation in external engagement opportunities such as the NCAA Inclusion Forum, Black Student-Athlete Summit, and other national or conference events that promote leadership and belonging. </li></ul> <p>CU is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment.
