Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!</p> <p>MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Geospatial Analyst to join our team in Arnold, MO!</p> <p>The Geospatial Analysts for the Airfield Foundation Data program will extract specific feature data in accordance with the customer's data and product specifications, including VO collection within the defined areas around AFD collections. Activities involve feature extraction (airfield infrastructure), feature analysis, feature validations, data entry, database scripting, quality control/assurance and product finishing.</p> <p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge and understanding of airfield infrastructure such as taxiways, runways, navigational aids, ATC tower, and hangers, to create AFD products </li><li>Update and debug Python scripting from older languages such as VBA for AFD product finishing </li><li>Knowledge of Python, VBA, Sybase, Oracle, Oracle Spatial, PostgreSQL/PostGIS to run scripts for AFD product finishing </li><li>Work within, manipulate, and interact with Geospatial Database, SQL, Store Procedures, and Triggers </li><li>Use ESRI ArcGIS-feature collection, feature validation, and finishing </li><li>Extract features from imagery sources </li><li>Use data entry, Microsoft Access database and Excel spreadsheets for metrics support </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 5 years of GEOINT experience with the below years being a part of the experience calculation</p> </li><li> <p>GEOINT Education/Training in lieu of experience:</p> </li><li> <p>Associate's degree can be substituted for 2 years.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree can be substituted for 3 years of experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Master's degree can be substituted for 2 years.</p> </li><li> <p>PhD can be substituted for 3 years.</p> </li><li> <p>Professional certifications can account for 0.5 years.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic knowledge and understanding of airfield infrastructures such as taxiways, runways, navigational aids, ATC tower, and hangars, to create AFD products.</p> </li><li> <p>1 years of feature collection (points, lines, and areas), feature validation and finishing.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Understanding of basic geospatial principles such as coordinate systems (horizontal and vertical), elevation models, and accuracy values. </li><li>Knowledge of imagery, products, processes, and sensors. </li><li>Knowledge of and experience with understanding, reading, and writing XML. </li></ul> <p>Security Clearance Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a Poly </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. </li><li>Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel. </li></ul> <p>MANTECH International Corporation considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to disability or veteran status or any other status protected under any federal, state, or local law or regulation.</p> <p>If you need a reasonable accommodation to apply for a position with MANTECH, please email us at careers@mantech.com and provide your name and contact information.</p>
