<p>The Burlington Public Schools is seeking an energetic, hardworking individual to add to the food service program. This is a permanent position for 20 hours a week (4 hours daily) reporting to the Director of Food Services and the Cafeteria Manager.</p> <p>General responsibilities include the efficient operation of the kitchen in cooperation with the Manager, and assisting the manager in the following functions:</p> <ul> <li>Preparation and serving meals, cleanup operations of kitchen and equipment </li><li>Monitor cash receipts and cashier as needed </li><li>Perform other duties as required by the Manager </li><li>Maintain sanitation and safety standards in accordance to ServSafe protocol </li></ul> <p>There is no experience necessary for the position, and training is provided. Must be reliable, flexible, and enjoy working in a team environment. Must be willing to be ServSafe trained.
