If that sounds like you, there's a place for you here.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Here's what you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Make all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you are there to take care of them </li><li>Know regular guests by name; know their preferences and needs </li><li>Make recommendations you genuinely feel that your guests will enjoy </li><li>Take food and beverage orders and enter into the POS system </li><li>Keep the dining spaces clean and presentable </li><li>Communicate regularly with your tables and anticipate their needs </li><li>Go above and beyond guests expectations; respond promptly and courteously to their requests </li><li>Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>You need to be:</p> <p>A person who loves authentic Italian food and has the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment. You should have at least 2 years of experience in a high volume restaurant. You have excellent English communication skills and the desire to work as a part of a team.
