<p>The purpose of the Club Attendant is to greet, interact and monitor all areas of the club. This multi-faceted position which includes a wide range of duties that require superior customer service skills, experience with computers, and a great attitude.</p> <p>Must be available to work night and weekends.</p> <p>General Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Greet all customers in a warm, friendly and welcoming tone. </li><li>Responsible for answering the phone and providing appropriate information to customers. </li><li>Responsible for monitoring the pool area. </li><li>Ensures the overall cleanliness of the areas being monitored. </li><li>Responsible for observing and monitoring the fitness center, restrooms, playground, and sports courts. </li><li>Report any issues immediately to their supervisor. </li><li>Candidate must excel in member relations, good communication skills, need someone who is willing to have tough conversations. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Experience in customer service. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. </li><li>Must have attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills required. </li><li>Positive interpersonal skills required. </li><li>Must be fluent in verbal and written English. </li><li>Basic computer and typing skills are required. </li></ul> <p>Management Activities:</p> <ul> <li>None </li></ul>
