The Vexus brand will remain during the transition.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE:</p> <ul> <li>Diagrams and documents system solutions, configurations, and operational procedures. </li><li>Analyzes business requirements and designs comprehensives, cost-effective enterprise level solutions. </li><li>Performs complex systems design, implementation, and integration functions. </li><li>Assist with developing the long-term roadmap. </li><li>Provides specific and relevant reporting to stakeholders in support of root cause analysis and platform performance. </li><li>Supports and maintains systems and applications and is responsible for daily troubleshooting. </li></ul> <p>JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>3 years of Linux experience is required. </li><li>Experience with design, implementation, and support of operating systems and applications in a complex, multi-platform environment. </li><li>Experience with industry standard OS such as RedHat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, ESX/ESXi, and Windows is required. </li><li>Demonstrated ability with programming and scripting languages. Experience with the following is highly desirable - Bash, Perl & Python. Experience with Git, Ansible, and Terraform are recommended. </li><li>Demonstrated ability working with various database platforms such as Oracle, MySQL, and Postgres recommended. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present complex ideas and designs to a variety of technical or non-technical stakeholders. </li><li>Experience working with Azure, AWS, and GCP is recommended. </li><li>Proficiency in Agile Development, DevOPs and CI/CD is recommended. </li><li>Understanding of security and vulnerability best practice and design implications is required. </li><li>Degree in computer science or a similar field. </li><li>Troubleshooting and analytical skills. </li></ul> <p>Join us and find out what it means to love your career!</p> <p>At Metronet, we are committed to delivering cutting-edge technology combined with exceptional customer care.
