Explore. this summer!</p> <p>Job Summary:Safely operate a 20' box truck, making deliveries to the Trail Ridge Store & Café on a daily basis. Loading and unloading of all retail and food & beverage product. Taking temperatures of food product at time of loading and when unloading. Working with Warehouse Supervisor on a daily basis receiving and checking in product.</p> <p>The Details:</p> <p>Position Type: Full-time, Seasonal. Side road guards are not provided on Trail Ridge Road. </li><li>Ability to navigate driving a 20' box truck in town and on winding mountain roads. </li><li>Ability to accurately and safely back up box truck to loading dock and other locations. </li><li>Responsible for loading and unloading box truck in conjunction with deliveries between the warehouse and the Trail Ridge Store & Café. </li><li>Coordinate truck maintenance and complete required vehicle inspection reports. </li><li>Accurately and efficiently receive, price, package, and distribute merchandise received, keeping paperwork legible. </li><li>Accurately sort and store all inventory. </li><li>Accurately check in vendor deliveries. </li><li>Maintain accurate logs and records to track and account for all merchandise as it is received. </li><li>Inspect all merchandise as it is received to ensure all is in good and usable condition, proper quantity count, and invoiced according to purchase order. </li><li>Produce, distribute, and file all necessary documentation to support the receiving of merchandise. </li><li>Computer input of all merchandise received when warehouse supervisor needs assistance. </li><li>Establish and maintain order in all warehouse storage areas. </li><li>Rotate all product, when appropriate, to represent a "First In-First Out" philosophy of product usage. </li><li>Ability to recognize all product the warehouse handles on a regular basis. </li><li>Work closely with warehouse supervisor to establish operational priorities. </li><li>Communicate to supervisor any inventory discrepancies. </li><li>Take trash and recycle down each day. </li><li>Clean and sanitize the truck(s) on a daily basis. </li><li>Clean out and sanitize the TRS dumpster on a daily basis. </li><li>Assist with annual inventories and any gift shop openings or closings. </li><li>Maintain a neat and orderly warehouse. </li><li>Develop and maintain positive communication and teamwork with all co-workers, supervisors, and managers. </li><li>Perform duties outside the job classification assigned by management along with a </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must have valid non-CDL driver's license and clean driving record. </li><li>Must be 21 years of age. </li><li>Candidate must be able to work at 12,000 feet. </li><li>Candidate must be detail oriented. </li><li>Able to drive safely in all types of weather conditions. </li><li>Able to work with minimal supervision evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality. </li><li>Working knowledge of all products received and stored in warehouse. </li><li>Able to organize and prioritize your daily routine. </li><li>Able to communicate in a positive and concise manner. </li><li>Able to accomplish tasks with little direct supervision. </li><li>Able to communicate with managers. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements include:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours. </li><li>Must be able to walk for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours. </li><li>Must be able to sit for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours. </li><li>Must be able to lift and carry a maximum of 70 pounds. </li><li>Must be able to bend, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time. </li></ul> <p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
