<p>Eaton's ES AMER Sector Integration division is currently seeking a Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Manager.</p> <p>The expected annual salary range for this role is $123,750 - $181,500 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.</p> <p>Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <p>Eaton's Electrical Sector (ES) is seeking a Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Manager to support the execution of our global talent strategy. This position will report to the Head of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness for the Electrical Sector, the largest and fastest growing sector in Eaton. This global role will be responsible for working directly with Senior leaders to support the execution of our talent management strategy.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with Business and HR leaders on strategic initiatives and talent strategies in support of global business objectives using data to drive positive outcomes. This includes collaborating with HR leaders to implement innovative learning and talent programs which enhance people development and employee engagement, ultimately driving organizational success.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to meet those needs </li><li>Support the Sector organizational capability assessment (OCA) and performance management processes to identify, develop, and retain future leaders and top talent. Leading initiatives to drive outcomes. </li><li>Engage and retain talent by supporting and creating inclusive and developmental program for a broad and diverse population of employees. </li><li>Program manage talent processes and projects related to aligning, developing, engaging and retaining talent. </li><li>Partner and coordinate with corporate COEs, Industrial sector talent team, and the Electrical Sector businesses for process and program deployments. </li><li>Review data and provide analytical insights for talent management needs such as quarterly and annual talent reviews, succession management, enterprise programs, as well as ongoing metrics monitoring and reporting. </li><li>Align with functions and regions to support talent strategy actions and organizational effectiveness work in organizational assessment and design, change management, and future workforce capability planning. </li><li>Support Enterprise talent activities and lead sector execution for early talent programs, new leader onboarding and transition support, selection assessments and more. </li><li>Collaborate with talent management, HR, and other leaders in the businesses to ensure the talent management strategy is aligned with the overall sector strategy and the company's goals and objectives. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Basic (Required) Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology </li><li>Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Human Resources specialized in business partnering, talent management, and/or learning & development </li><li>Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship both now and in the future. </li><li>Relocation is not offered for this position. Candidates must currently reside within a 50-mile radius of Moon Township, PA or Beachwood, OH in order to be considered. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience leading projects using project management tools </li></ul> <p>What you bring to the team:</p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting global businesses and/or functions </li><li>Demonstrated experience in partnering across multiple levels of an organization to achieve results. </li><li>Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using metrics for analysis to develop recommendations to leaders. </li><li>Ability to influence and collaborate with business leaders at all levels </li><li>Knowledge of Global HR laws and regulations </li><li>Strong collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills. </li><li>Success in developing and deploying initiatives that align to business strategy. </li><li>Experience coaching, developing and influencing employees and Sr. Leaders. </li><li>Experience and/or certification in organizational assessment and design and/or organizational change management is a plus. </li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
