We learn, grow, and achieve more - in our careers and in our communities.</p> <p>Job Description Summary:</p> <p>The purpose of this position is to provide service, both emergency and preventive, to the X-ray, Vascular, Cardiac, CT, MRI, Nuclear, Ultrasound, film processing, and Mammography equipment located at the OhioHealth facilities.</p> <p>Responsibilities And Duties:</p> <p>30%</p> <p>Must process the skills necessary to evaluate a problem with a piece of imaging equipment and make the decision to service the unit themselves or call the appropriate service vendor to complete the repair.</p> <p>30%</p> <p>Must have the required theoretical knowledge in radiology equipment testing, calibration, and repair to effectively service our customer's needs.</p> <p>20%</p> <p>Must process effective written and verbal communication skills.</p> <p>10%</p> <p>Must be able to maintain a poised, professional, articulate image with both the internal and external customers.</p> <p>10%</p> <p>Must have a demonstrated knowledge of Health & Human Services and Department Radiation Health, State of Ohio Department of Health and Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulations regarding radiological services, applicable codes, and standards.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Associate's Degree (Required)</p> <p>Additional Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Field of Study: Electrical Engineering Technology </li><li>Years of experience: 3 </li></ul> <p>SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE</p> <p>(A. A. /A. S) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in Electronics Engineering Technology; or six months to one year related Experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of and Experience . Electronics school through the military is acceptable. Three years Experience with an Original Equipment Manufacturer in the X-ray/Imaging business. Must be fluent in the use of personal computers. some knowledge of computer networks would enhance the effectiveness of the individual.
