<p>First Impression Specialist</p> <p>Looking to be a part of a talented, compassionate and caring pediatric team? Urgent Care for Children is looking for First Impression Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organized, and enjoys creating positive first experiences for patients and families.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Greet and check in patients upon arrival, collect insurance and other necessary information </li><li>Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone </li><li>Offer patients snacks and drinks to ensure a welcoming environment </li><li>Collect patient payments for co-pays and cash pay visits </li><li>Follow Urgent Care for Children's Patient Service Coordinator standard operating procedures </li><li>Keep front desk and waiting areas clean and organized </li><li>Provide support and guidance to patients and families during their visit </li><li>Collaborate with the entire clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred </li><li>At least 1 year of experience in medical assisting, front office, or medical reception </li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills </li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting </li><li>Familiarity with electronic medical records (E Clinical Works a plus) </li><li>Experience with insurance verification, co-pays, and patient payments </li><li>Must be willing to work evenings and at least two weekends per month </li><li>Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Our clinics are open after hours and on weekends, with a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend.
