<p>Note: This is a part-time position, working 32 hours per week.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>Evaluates and treats patients while delegating appropriate patient care tasks to support staff</p> <p>Essential Functions Statement(s)</p> <ul> <li>Evaluates and treats patients in a safe manner </li><li>Completes daily billing and documentation for each patient </li><li>Completes timely reassessments on each patient </li><li>Develops an appropriate home exercise program for each patient </li><li>Completes required continuing education to maintain state license </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>SKILLS & ABILITIES</p> <p>Education: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution of higher learning. State Licensure required in TN or MS.</p> <p>Experience: Previous experience in the outpatient setting preferred</p> <p>Computer Skills: Must be computer literate.
