One great place to grow.</p> <p>As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the warehouse operation. Disciplines include staffing, planning, organizing, and controlling one or more of our Fulfillment locations.</p> <p>You'll be responsible for providing a safe, secure, productive, and cost-efficient work environment, along with identifying work assignments, methods, best practices, and appropriate application of technology to meet business objectives and performance metrics. As the Warehouse Manager, you will also oversee hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling of warehouse personnel, and be accountable for inventory control and the receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely and secure distribution of client materials.</p> <p>In-person interviews will be taking place on August 11th and 12th. Qualified candidates may be invited to meet face-to-face on one of those dates.</p> <p>Minimum Pay</p> <p>USD $52,000.00/Yr.</p> <p>Maximum Pay</p> <p>USD $52,000.00/Yr.</p> <p>What We Offer</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision </li><li>401K </li><li>Short Term Disability </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>Sick Time </li><li>Paid Vacation </li><li>Technology Allowance </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Plan all warehouse resources and activities in alignment with project objectives and targets </li><li>Plan for the development of the staff through effective training for subordinates </li><li>Ensure all health and safety requirements are met and maintains overall responsibility for the security of the warehouse personnel, facility, and stock </li><li>Maintain reliable, accurate, and timely reporting regarding receipts, inventory, shipping, damages, labor, and equipment expenses </li><li>Identify and implement cost control measures across all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities </li><li>Manage daily labor and shipping reports </li><li>Monitor, develop, and implement productivity enhancements, method improvements, and development of the warehouse staff and processes </li><li>Motivate staff to meet daily challenges and deliver outstanding results </li><li>Manage local interface with common carrier representatives to execute pick-ups and deliveries </li><li>Understand retail shipping rules and regulations </li><li>Ensure that all shipments are processed in a compliant and timely matter </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <p>Experience and Education:</p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred or a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated leadership work experience in a warehouse environment </li><li>Forklift Certification Required (1-2 years of forklift experience preferred) </li></ul> <p>Skills and Attributes:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated supervisory skills with the ability to properly exercise authority of the warehouse operations </li><li>Organized and process-oriented </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with staff </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>The ability to direct subordinates to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies </li><li>Ability to demonstrate excellent quantitative and analytical skills </li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask </li><li>The ability to work independently and with general guidelines </li><li>The ability to reason, deliberate, and make solid decisions in the absence of guidelines </li><li>Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong work ethic </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
