Join our committed team and help shape the future we envision.</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>The Luca Lab at Moffitt Cancer Center is recruiting postdocs interested in using protein design to reprogram immune receptor signaling. We use a multi-pronged approach that integrates structural biology with cutting-edge protein engineering techniques, such as directed evolution, to develop immunotherapeutics. Specifically, we are developing agents to bolster the function of T cell-related therapies (CAR T cells, TILs) through the targeting of immune checkpoints and developmental signaling pathways. Our group works together with a multidisciplinary team of immunologists, molecular oncologists, and physician-scientists, which provides a unique environment for facilitating clinical translation of therapeutic candidates.
