<p>Operations Analyst</p> <p>We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join the Business Intelligence and Finance team, with a dedicated focus on supporting and optimizing our operational functions. Reporting directly to the Business Intelligence and Financial Analyst, this role will serve as the operational arm of the team - analyzing data, streamlining processes, and delivering actionable insights to improve day-to-day operations and long-term efficiency.</p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on operational problem-solving, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a performance-driven environment.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions</p> <ul> <li> <p>Data review and cleansing</p> </li><li> <p>Review and update inventory item data in Netsuite to ensure completeness and accuracy. This may include adding item weights, dimensions, HS codes, and pictures to Netsuite to help with data queries and automation tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Operational Insights & Reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze key operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and recurring reports to support operations-focused stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Process Optimization</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with operations teams to document, assess, and improve workflows across departments such as manufacturing, logistics, procurement, or service delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Recommend solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, or improve output quality using data-backed analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Data-Driven Decision Support</p> </li><li> <p>Support the Business Intelligence function by translating operational data into clear, actionable recommendations.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting support for operations-related projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with operations leadership, finance, and other departments to understand business needs and align operational strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in cross-functional initiatives, bringing an operational lens to BI or finance-led efforts.</p> </li><li> <p>System & Tool Utilization</p> </li><li> <p>Use BI tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Power BI) to visualize operational performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Leverage ERP and other business systems (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) to extract and analyze operational data.</p> </li><li> <p>Other projects and tasks as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Experience and Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field. </li><li>2+ years of experience in an operations, supply chain, business analytics, or process improvement role. </li><li>Solid understanding of business operations, with an analytical mindset and a process-driven approach. </li><li>Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or similar). </li><li>Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. </li><li>Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) is a plus. </li><li>Strong initiative and self-direction; comfortable taking ownership of operational initiatives. </li><li>Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. </li><li>Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with shifting priorities. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Gain</p> <ul> <li>Direct mentorship and collaboration with Business Intelligence and Finance </li><li>Hands-on experience with operational analytics and BI strategy </li><li>Opportunities to help shape and optimize core business functions </li><li>A collaborative team culture that values innovation, data, and continuous improvement </li></ul>
