<p>As a Bartender, you'll be at the heart of our beverage operations, crafting high-quality drinks and providing outstanding service to our guests. You'll manage your bar station, ensure compliance with alcohol safety regulations, and contribute to a lively and welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a strong understanding of drink recipes, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient bar.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to cocktail servers and casino guests. Adhere strictly to standardized drink recipes.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to ensure minimum drinking age requirements are met and preventing over-serving guests. Provide excellent guest service to both external and internal guests.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure high-quality beverages are served. Stock supplies for the next shift, and clean, wash, and stock all glassware and bar supplies.</p> </li><li> <p>Uphold cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas of responsibility. Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment ("The Big Six").</p> </li><li> <p>Perform financial transactions and process guest payments for goods and services delivered.</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be at least 21 years of age.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to obtain a food handler's card.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.</p> </li><li> <p>Requires standing for long periods, frequent bending and kneeling. Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.</p> </li><li> <p>Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a setting that includes exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.</p> </li></ul>
