<p>Recruiter - Accounting & Finance</p> <p>Contract | 6-8 Months, possible for Fulltime Hire</p> <p>Fully Onsite | Chicago Loop</p> <p>Pay Rate | $35-40/hour</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring of Accounting and Finance professionals for a 3-month contract assignment. This role is fully onsite in the Loop and ideal for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage full-cycle recruiting for accounting and finance roles, including staff through senior-level professionals</p> </li><li> <p>Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and priorities</p> </li><li> <p>Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate documentation and activity within the applicant tracking system</p> </li><li> <p>Provide a high-touch, professional candidate experience from first contact through offer</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>5 years of experience in recruiting</p> </li><li> <p>Recruiting for accounting, finance, or tax organization required</p> </li><li> <p>Strong sourcing and screening skills with the ability to assess technical accounting backgrounds</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as other sourcing sites</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work hybrid, 3 days onsite in downtown Chicago for the duration of the contract</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefits statement: Associates placed on assignment through LHH Recruitment Solutions enjoy access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support their health, financial well-being, and work-life balance.
