<p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce, Scrum master ,Agile Project Manager Planview PPM and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM). This hybrid role requires strong English language skills and offers a day shift schedule. Experience in Finance & Accounting or the Automotive Industry is a plus.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Manage onshore team and ensure on time Project Delivery from Onshore meeting Quality Standards</p> <p>Ensure efficient communication between Customer Team and Onshore Cognizant Team</p> <p>Facilitate the various Scrum Events. facilitate Sprint Planning Daily Scrums Sprint Reviews & Meetings</p> <p>Provide solutions to technical problems following design best practices</p> <p>Facilitates the preparation of WBS for the Sprint Backlog</p> <p>Mentoring or coaching Agility with in the Onshore Team and facilitate Agile practices such as Sprint Planning Daily Stand up Meetings etc. from Onshore</p> <p>Responsible for project plan manage project schedule and track milestones</p> <p>Ensure on time deliverables and adherence to project plan</p> <p>Coordinate with program Manager for deliverables user availability</p> <p>Responsible for project planning and day to day team management.</p> <p>Raise any risks issues and dependencies</p> <p>The Cognizant community:</p> <p>We are a high caliber team who appreciate and support one another.
