Advocates is seeking empathetic, compassionate, driven professionals to offer clinical services to children and families. In Home Therapy is an intensive family therapy program, providing support and interventions to children and their families facing a wide range of challenges.</p> <p>We offer a collaborative team environment, weekly individual supervision, and monthly training and group supervision. We are committed to helping our staff obtain licensure, and In Home Therapy Clinicians are eligible for reimbursement for costs of independent licensure. We are a strong-knit community that values the ideas and contributions of our staff.</p> <p>Are you ready to make a difference?</p> <p>Minimum Education Required</p> <p>Master's Degree</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Promote a healthy, safe and open environment for individuals and families. </li><li>Complete biopsychosocial assessments, including the CANS. </li><li>Coordinate treatment planning in collaboration with families, and provide intensive family therapy. </li><li>Identify community resources and develop supports for youth and parent/guardian. </li><li>Collaborate with other providers, including outpatient therapists, primary care physicians, schools, inpatient hospitals, etc. </li><li>Complete all required documentation and progress notes. </li><li>Provide skills training and coaching to children and families in both crisis and non-crisis situations. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in related field required </li><li>Degree Must be eligible for LMHC or LICSW </li><li>At least one year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families. </li><li>Must hold a valid driver's license, have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport members. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication. </li><li>Familiarity with standardized documentation processes. </li><li>Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and providers. </li><li>Enthusiastic, motivated approach and exceptional interpersonal skills. </li><li>Strongly prefer a candidate that will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations. </li><li>Portuguese or Spanish speaking required </li></ul> <p>Advocates is committed to cultivating a diverse and welcoming community where everyone feels respected and valued.
