<p>V2X is growing, and we're looking for a Data Analyst to join our team! This role is a critical part of our Manufacturing and Depot Operations (MDO), helping the team harness data to drive operational excellence and improve decision-making. The successful candidate will collect, analyze, and report on data from S4/HANA and other tools to identify opportunities for improvement and support proactive management of key operational areas.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Extract and analyze operational data from S4/HANA and other systems to identify trends, patterns, and insights. </li><li>Build reports and dashboards to communicate data findings and empower MDO Leadership with meaningful, actionable information. </li><li>Identify gaps or bottlenecks in operations using data-driven insights, highlighting areas needing attention. </li><li>Provide analytics support for operational efficiency projects, process improvements, and performance metrics tracking. </li><li>Proactively research and interpret data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify potential risks or opportunities. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of experience in a data-focused role OR demonstrable expertise in analyzing large datasets and leveraging ERP systems like S4/HANA. </li><li>Must be a US Citizen with active US Government Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Technology Used:</p> <ul> <li>Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data models, Power Query, etc.). </li><li>Experience working with S4/HANA or similar ERP/reporting systems preferred. </li></ul> <p>Education / Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline). </li></ul>
