Key responsibilities will vary depending on level and grade and will include assessing the current state of our applications, defining the desired future state, and creating a comprehensive roadmap with timelines to achieve our objectives within the overarching technical framework established by AEP.</p> <p>Our goal is to rapidly build solutions that address gaps in our enterprise, operationalize new initiatives, and prototype functionality that can be integrated into enterprise solutions. At times, this role will require a strong focus on Power BI, and it will also support a custom C# application that drives a core aspect of our business.</p> <p>This role demands a self-starter who can establish structure, evaluate solutions to ensure they deliver the intended results, and develop systems that are largely self-sustaining.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>Solutions Development: Interpret specifications and build solutions to those specifications.
