<p>ArtBot.IO (part of Critical Mass)</p> <p>Artbot.IO is a next-generation content orchestration platform that combines the art of creative and performance engineering, with technology enablement, AI, and a highly-scaled operational model to unlock automation and performance across the content supply chain. We specialize in data-driven, personalized creative solutions across digital channels, responding to a client's business and marketing objectives to establish the value and efficiencies that can be derived through Dynamic Creative Optimization.</p> <p>The Account Manager supports the entire end-to-end DCO process, working closely alongside specialist teams to ensure a seamless delivery of their clients' objectives and scope of work.</p> <p>You Will:</p> <p>Within the first 12 months:</p> <ul> <li>Develop your communication skills by responding to clients and stakeholders promptly and meeting deadlines. </li><li>Manage multiple projects at once, coordinating with internal teams and understanding SLAs and timelines. </li><li>Support internal processes by following the 12 Stage Process during campaign launches and ongoing management. </li><li>Submit clear, detailed briefs to internal teams and ensure documentation is always current. </li><li>Build a foundational understanding of the media landscape and ArtBot's role by participating in training and asking questions. </li><li>Maintain both personal and team to-do lists, ensuring all tasks are completed on time. </li></ul> <p>Beyond 12 Months:</p> <ul> <li>Understand the full technical campaign setup process (strategy, design, development, ad ops, post-campaign analysis) and confidently use ArtBot's core tools and platforms. </li><li>Monitor post-campaign reports to ensure alignment with strategy and setup accuracy. </li><li>Own ticketing and briefing processes for specialist teams, ensuring accuracy and clarity for seamless execution. </li><li>Engage in client communication across email, Teams, and in-person meetings to build strong stakeholder relationships. </li><li>Proactively support the account team by anticipating senior team needs based on shared briefs. </li><li>Contribute to broader ArtBot initiatives and cross-team efforts, supporting colleagues and going beyond day-to-day client work. </li></ul> <p>You Have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>A good understanding of DCO strategy and its requirements</p> </li><li> <p>The ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations for optimization using Datorama</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail and quality control</p> </li><li> <p>High level of organization to instill confidence in deliverables</p> </li><li> <p>An understanding of the digital media landscape, including technical campaign launch aspects</p> </li><li> <p>The ability to train team members on how to QA effectively</p> </li><li> <p>The ability to manage and support a direct report</p> </li><li> <p>Confidence in collaborating with internal teams across concepting, strategy, design, and delivery</p> </li><li> <p>1+ years in an account management or similar role</p> </li></ul> <p>The Talent Team at Critical Mass is focused on ensuring we provide the best training, onboarding, and employee experience possible! For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.</p>
