<p>The Warehouse Associate, Jr., assists in various warehouse duties, including receiving, shipping, and handling products. This role also includes maintaining inventory, distributing goods, and storing material. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and attention to detail and ensures the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Receive all materials into the ERP system and perform necessary material transactions, including unloading trucks, verifying the accuracy of incoming shipments, and inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies. </li><li>Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and cycle counts, conducting regular stock checks, receiving, scrapping, and reporting discrepancies. </li><li>Assists in generating and labelling products and stock in appropriate locations within the warehouse. </li><li>Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently while transporting materials to various departments. </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Ensure that all products are stored in the appropriate locations. </li><li>Additional duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Read and comprehend simple verbal and written instructions and can work in a team environment. </li><li>Attention to detail and manual dexterity. </li><li>Basic computer and math skills for inventory and an understanding of shipping software. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Understanding of and the ability to abide by OSHA and environmental regulations. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and temperature variations. </li><li>Employees may frequently be required to sit, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
