Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day needs of the food production department Deliver necessary communication to ensure food cost goals and on-time delivery of finished product are guaranteed Carry out assigned work to ensure on-time delivery of finished product Manage multiple priorities and meet frequent short timeline goals and deadlines Identify problematic areas and suggest solutions to Supervisors / Department Heads and Management Adhere to food safety compliance, HACCP regulations, and FDA regulations while ensuring quality assurance and economical figures to fulfil the high-end food standards Support the effective leadership and motivation of the food production team Train new hires and ensure all training sessions are recorded Oversee labor hours and production hours Ensuring Production flow properly Hold team accountable to daily expectations Qualifications: Previous proven leadership experience managing more than 20+ people Strong communication, computer literacy and communication skills Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures Able to lift up to 50+ pounds Flexible working hours What We Offer: Competitive Pay 50,000-60,000 Daily Complimentary Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).
