We provide the tools, support, and team environment you need to succeed and grow in your career.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Maintenance Technician responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Timely completion of work orders and special projects </li><li>Responds to all service requests and on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager, and must be completed in a timely and professional manner </li><li>Assists in maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. </li><li>Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. </li><li>Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems </li><li>Rotating on-call pay: minimum 1.5 times base pay for on-call hours, plus a weekly on-call stipend of $75 </li><li>Quarterly bonuses and potential renewal commissions are also provided. </li><li>Work hours are from 7 am to 4 pm </li></ul> <p>#INDVGMAINT</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing is preferred but not required </li><li>Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge. </li><li>A candidate should have strong experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and painting. </li><li>Bilingual candidates welcome </li></ul> <p>Plumbing, contracting, and builders' certifications and licenses are a plus!</p> <p>We offer an outstanding benefits package including...</p> <ul> <li>401K, with a match!!!! </li><li>Medical </li><li>Dental </li><li>Vision </li><li>Bonus program </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Village Green is an equal opportunity employer committed to cultivating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
