<p>Description</p> <p>HR Onboarding Specialists are the main point of contact for all new hires. It is essential that an HR Onboarding Specialist creates a positive first impression, along with exhibiting the company culture. They are responsible for ensuring all new hires have access to pre-employment paperwork, assist with questions, create deadlines, communicate expectations for completion, and assist with various tasks related to the full orientation process.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Communicate effectively with employees at various levels in the organization. </li><li>Maintain confidentiality via the security of the workstation and work area regarding the confidentiality of all data and systems. </li><li>Assist in developing and implementing onboarding strategies. </li><li>Extend employment offers and launch new hire onboarding packets. </li><li>Initiate background checks and drug screenings for every new hire. </li><li>Review background checks and drug screens and follow up as needed. </li><li>Follow up with new hires to ensure deadlines are met and missing items are updated prior to hire date. </li><li>Conduct new employee orientation. </li><li>Ensure all new hire workstations are set up and enlist Tech Support if necessary. </li><li>Create and distribute new hire welcome gifts. </li><li>Process new hire paperwork. </li><li>Distribute manuals, passwords, and guidelines, as needed. </li><li>Other duties deemed necessary. </li></ul>
