<p>The vacancy listed below is posted in compliance with the negotiated agreement between the Xenia Education Support Professionals and the Xenia Community Schools Board of Education.</p> <p>Salary is in line with respective salary schedule.</p> <p>Reports to: Director of Operations</p> <p>Status: Full Time - 260 days</p> <p>Benefits include: Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance</p> <p>Hourly Rate: - $17.89-$20.88</p> <p>Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm</p> <p>General Description:</p> <p>Perform custodian work required for the routine care, maintenance, protection, and preservation of the assigned building, its contents, and grounds.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent </li><li>18 years of age and have and maintain a valid driver's license </li><li>Be proficient in technology that is necessary for normal job duties/responsibilities (i.e., e-mail, website access, etc.) </li><li>Ability to make clear and comprehensive reports </li><li>Demonstrate a strong work ethic </li><li>Ability to use a hand cart from upper to lower floor levels and from lower to upper floor levels </li><li>Ability to lift and carry eighty (80) pounds </li><li>Ability to climb thirty-five (35) foot ladders or scaffolding </li><li>Take pride in personal appearance and maintain good personal hygiene </li><li>Good health, high moral character, and good attendance record </li><li>Must obtain and maintain Bloodborne Pathogens, asbestos, and chemical use training </li><li>Must complete Hepatitis B vaccination series (3) or sign a waiver </li><li>Must meet the legal requirements relative to a criminal background check </li></ul> <p>See Attached for full job description</p> <p>AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER</p>
