<p>Occupational Therapist (OT)</p> <p>Location: Elgin, Illinois or Geneva, Illinois</p> <p>Status: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)</p> <p>Days/Hours: Days and evenings (no weekends)</p> <p>Salary Range (depending on experience): $80,000 - $124,800/year (minimum to maximum base pay) plus bonuses</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assisting the clinic through the Fox Valley Orthopedics mission, vision, and values for developing a high performing team which consistently delivers growth and extraordinary customer outcomes. In this role, you will have a direct reporting relationship to the clinic manager.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for day to day operations of the clinic, supervision of Subordinate (OTA, Tech) clinic staff in addition to a full schedule of patient treatment. </li><li>Meet or exceed clinic goals set by Integra Rehab Solutions and Clinic Manager related to operational performance metrics. </li><li>Cultivate relationships between staff and patients as well as the community. </li><li>Assist with building a team culture with a OT/OTA/Tech per Integra </li><li>Directs activities of OTAs and Techs as needed for quality patient care, efficiency and productivity. </li><li>Adheres to policies and procedures including CEUs, vacation/time off, and punctuality/attendance. </li><li>Maintains appropriate confidentiality </li><li>Notifies/documents patient discharge to doctors </li><li>Support development of team members to ensure high quality of care while insuring good efficiencies and productivity per the prescribed metrics. </li><li>Develop individualized plans of care and treat patients through all phases of physical therapy with an emphasis towards compassionate, comprehensive, and evidenced based approaches, restoring patients to full functionality. </li><li>Complete daily patient care, progress, and discharge notes within 24 hours. </li><li>Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources. </li><li>Participates in marketing services within Fox Valley Orthopedics as well as with outside of Fox Valley Orthopedics for referral opportunities. </li><li>Maintain clinical logs and checklists necessary for compliance. </li><li>Provide excellent patient care as a primary goal and demonstrate and communicate these skills to your patient to provide an exceptional experience for your patients. </li><li>Exhibit a passion for physical therapy and patient outcomes while providing compassion for your patients understanding and progress toward their goals </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>A degree in Occupational Therapy </li><li>Current active Occupational Therapy license and license eligible to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of Illinois </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>CPR/AED Certification </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>BCBS Medical </li><li>Dental & Vision Insurance </li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) </li><li>Holiday Pay </li><li>401k/Profit Sharing </li><li>Annual CME Allowance </li><li>Short-Term Disability Insurance </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Various voluntary benefits </li></ul>
