As we expand across the USA, we're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to provide support to our restaurants as they deliver a best-in-class service to our guests. In this role you will provide adequate coverage for Supply Chain Customer Service, Supply Chain Database Management and Supply Chain Project execution.</p> <p>Day to day you will:</p> <ul> <li>Support restaurants and suppliers with daily operational disruptions </li><li>Manage supply chain specific systems (we use Crunchtime) </li><li>Manage communications between stakeholders, both internal and external, with a high level of communication daily with General Managers, District Managers and Culinary team. </li><li>Support and deploy projects and initiatives implemented by the business. </li></ul> <p>About You</p> <ul> <li>Fluent in both written and verbal English & Spanish (very highly regarded, but not essential). </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field. </li><li>APICS / CPIM or related supply chain certification (highly desirable). </li><li>Demonstrated experience in supply chain, procurement or similar, preferably from within restaurants, FMCG, or CPG. </li><li>Experience in S&OP processes. </li><li>Your own reliable transport to travel regularly to various GYG and supplier locations throughout Chicagoland (some interstate travel required). </li><li>The ability to participate virtual meetings after regular business hours to collaborate with Australian Supply Chain and Leadership teams. </li></ul> <p>What are we offering?</p> <ul> <li>Base salary from $80k to $100k </li><li>Annual bonus potential of up to 20% of your base salary </li><li>Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). 5% of annual salary, 3 year vesting period. </li><li>401k with up to 6% company match </li><li>Health insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) </li><li>Vision and Dental insurance (SunLife) </li><li>3 weeks PTO + 1 week sick leave </li><li>50% discount on Guzman y Gomez </li><li>Opportunity to build and shape the supply chain for a fast-growing global brand in the U.S. </li></ul> <p>Even if you don't tick every box, we'd welcome the opportunity to review your application.</p>
