This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.</p> <p>What you will do</p> <p>The position develops strategies and provides oversight of daily operations for a best-in-class Treasury team supporting debt capital management and financial risk management. The position is responsible for overseeing daily operations and helps to identify, measure and hedge foreign exchange risk. The position continually seeks to build efficiencies and improve system utilization, procedures and management reporting.</p> <p>This role maintains close collaboration and partnership with legal, tax and accounting to ensure regulatory compliance, control and accurate financial reporting. This position will also involve frequent communication with external financial institutions as well as main banking partners.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the foreign exchange (FX) hedging programs and hedging portfolio, including identifying foreign currency exposures and develop appropriate hedge proposals </li><li>Manage the execution of FX trades including derivatives hedging with bank counterparties </li><li>Recommend, improve and implement approved FX hedging strategies </li><li>Manage Kenvue bond issuance and commercial paper program </li><li>Oversee the preparation of reporting, including internal and other external audit requests </li><li>Manage the relationships with FX banking partners </li><li>Monitor currrent market conditions and market research </li><li>Work closely with cross functional and international groups to ensure solid understanding of risk drivers </li><li>Drive Financial Markets projects for ad-hoc analysis or transactions partnering with finance, accounting, FP&A, tax, legal and IT </li><li>Responsible for SOX and policy compliance and review FX-related SEC reporting and disclosures </li><li>Partner with Treasury and IT to maintain, automate and streamline FX and related systems </li></ul> <p>What we are looking for</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics </li><li>Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in a Treasury team </li><li>Proficient in Excel, Bloomberg and SAP </li><li>Knowledge of financial risk management and banking relationships </li><li>Strong financial acumen </li><li>Strong people management skills </li><li>Ability to adapt and lead in a changing environment </li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills (must be able to reason through complex and various business and legal scenarios and structures and provide meaningful feedback for decision making) </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (including ability to interact with all levels of management within and outside of finance) </li><li>Proven experience in leading small projects or components of large, complex projects </li><li>Ability to demonstrate experience in overseeing the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of Financial and capital markets, accounting, finance and tax </li><li>Experience working with global financial operations and managing a global team </li><li>Strong knowledge of risk management and banking relationships </li><li>Experience in Treasury Management Systems </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you</p> <ul> <li>Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850.
