Coordinates with EBI developers to identify data sourcing and apply business rules in the deployment of dashboards and other BI tools.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works remotely out of Ohio, Florida, or Nevada, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Function as a primary resource for department chairs, administrators, and regional hospital administration regarding the development of business intelligence tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with EBI developers to identify data sourcing and apply business rules in the deployment of dashboards and other BI tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain complex reporting systems and provide timely and accurate reporting for online dashboards.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a technical resource in the analysis and evaluation of clinical and hospital operations and financial functions of clinical centers as related to utilization management and operational performance through dashboards and other reporting structures.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize dashboard software and assist in the creation of summary and detail reports for online dashboards and other platforms for all levels of the Cleveland Clinic.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain the quality and data integrity of the reports, making improvements and adjustments as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Interpret and present data analysis results including explanation of statistical and financial techniques used, assumptions made, and summary of results.</p> </li><li> <p>Document methods and interpretation of results for future reference.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.</p> </li><li> <p>A high school diploma/GED and four years of database development or analytical experience may substitute the education requirement.</p> </li><li> <p>An associate degree and two years of database development or analytical experience may substitute the education requirement.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and computer skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to research and troubleshoot problems.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency with various applications, including Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with professional clinical billing and/or familiarity with CPT</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced Excel and Tableau</p> </li><li> <p>Quarrying languages (example SQL)</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding data warehousing and t-SQL programming</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.</p> </li><li> <p>In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.</p> </li></ul> <p>Personal Protective Equipment:</p> <ul> <li>Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Minimum Annual Salary: $47,530.00</p> <p>Maximum Annual Salary: $72,475.00</p> <p>The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
