We welcome individuals from all backgrounds to join us on this journey toward inclusivity and excellence.</p> <p>Your Role at Delta Faucet</p> <p>The Manufacturing Planner / Inventory Analyst is responsible for coordinating and planning daily material flow to meet customer demands while supporting site goals.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Mfg Planning</p> <ul> <li>Production Planning utilizing SAP and Excel. </li><li>Create and control production schedules based on customer orders and delivery dates. </li><li>Coordinate requirements with Production team members, including directing activities and establishing priorities as necessary. </li><li>Coordinate material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of required materials. </li><li>Proactively catch and prevent future supply gaps while escalating issues as necessary. </li><li>New product introductions - manufacturing planning and pilot run coordination. </li><li>Support of engineering changes and PPAP activities. </li></ul> <p>Inventory</p> <ul> <li>Track and Investigate inventory movement through SAP and WMI systems. </li><li>Research root causes of inventory discrepancies and take action to correct discrepancies and to fix transaction errors. </li><li>Expedite component as needed. </li><li>Document problems, resolve when possible and follows up with the appropriate resource groups to ensure problems are corrected. </li><li>Coordinate RMA's with suppliers </li><li>Verify cycle counts and identify root causes of discrepancies in collaboration with finance. </li></ul> <p>Quality</p> <ul> <li>Support Quality initiatives of the facility and Company as a whole. </li><li>Participate in ASME Compliance as a Certified Individual (CI). </li></ul> <p>General</p> <ul> <li>Maintain work area in a clean orderly manner (5S). </li><li>Timely customer service responses </li><li>Develops, revises, and adheres to Standard Work </li><li>Daily & Weekly reporting </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associate's degree in a related field is preferred with a minimum of 1 year of experience or equivalent work experience in a Manufacturing Planning and Inventory environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Willing and able to be trained and maintain company forklift driver certification.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient Microsoft office computer skills with the ability to learn the following areas:</p> </li><li> <p>Production / Capacity planning -SAP</p> </li><li> <p>Inventory planning - minimum run quantities, store sizes, safety stock levels, lead times, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>MRP - Routings, BOM's, component stocking</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Good interpersonal skills</p> </li><li> <p>Executes with a sense of urgency related to work and impact on operations of the facility.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Bilingual is beneficial but not required.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities simultaneously</p> </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>At Delta Faucet Company, our people are our greatest assets.
