<p>Status: Full Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt</p> <p>Summary of the Position: Intensive Family Coordinator provides a professional level of case management services as well as direct advocacy services to a caseload of families.</p> <ul> <li>Intensive Family Coordinator will be responsible for completing family assessments, recruiting foster parents, completing home studies for the referring authority, locating family resources, and creating individualized service plans. </li><li>Case management services including intakes, safety planning, team meetings, ISP development 24/7 support, case contacts, and case record documentation in keeping with state regulations. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications/Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED is required. </li><li>Experience with community work and at least one (1) year experience working in human services field. </li><li>Experience in the provision of home and community based services. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
