Our leading brands include ITT Cannon, Enidine, Aerospace Controls and kSARIA.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Assembles parts by following special instructions, routers and blueprints.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Positions and assembles parts according to special instructions, routings and blueprints. </li><li>Adhere to company specifications, work instructions, engineering prints and work orders. </li><li>Assemble wire harnesses, connectors and other assemblies or components. </li><li>Perform intricate tasks including stripping, crimping, and soldering of wires. </li><li>Use Microscopes, hand tools and manually operated machines, etc. </li><li>Cleans, assembles, disassembles and replaces parts as required. </li><li>Uses chemicals, adhesives, solvents, lubricants, epoxies, paints and inks, as required. </li><li>Keeps assembly department clean and free of foreign object damage. </li><li>Keeps production supervisor advised of work status, workload, problems, and progress as related to work assignments. </li><li>Promoting and maintaining a culture of cooperation within and between departments and other production leads. </li><li>Maintains and enforces compliance to all policy, procedures and work instructions as outlined in the Quality Management System. </li><li>Ensures operation of equipment by submitting service requests for repairs, master new equipment operations and techniques. </li><li>Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of 5S, clean-as-you-go, FOD awareness, and safety observations. </li><li>Enforce safety policies and procedures with a safety-first culture across all tasks and employees. </li><li>Monitors equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. </li><li>Maintain proper storage for material. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, implementing preventive maintenance measures that reduced downtime. </li><li>Good understanding of how production equipment works. </li><li>Complete quality assurance testing on goods and products </li><li>Safety is a core value at ITT.
