There are no limits to what we as team members and as an organization, can achieve together.</p> <p>Where people, purpose, and progress come together every day.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Senior Associate, Credit Portfolio Management, will partner with an Asset Manager to service a portfolio of securitized commercial real estate loans, including compliance with associated agreements and portfolio surveillance.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Address customer requests and respond to internal inquiries. </li><li>Evaluate and approve reserve disbursement requests. </li><li>Process transfers to Special Servicing as required. </li><li>Monitor and ensure compliance with loan documents, including all covenant provisions. </li><li>Implement and enforce remedies in cases of non-compliance. </li><li>Manage borrower consent requests and coordinate with securitization parties when necessary. </li><li>Review and assess borrower financial statements for accuracy and compliance. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. </li><li>3+ years of experience in Commercial Banking Portfolio Management, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex loan documents and identify critical triggers. </li><li>Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage priorities in a dynamic environment. </li><li>Basic understanding of commercial banking processes and regulatory compliance. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Organizational and administrative skills. </li><li>Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy. </li><li>Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. </li></ul> <p>Trimont is an equal opportunity employer, and we're proud to support and celebrate diversity in the workplace.
