The team conducts User Acceptance Testing for applications used by Asset & Wealth Management Operations globally. As a Testing Automation Associate in the team, you will be guiding Automation Testers on Frameworks, Automation Standards.</p> <p>The position will entail developing automated QA practices for applications across Asset & Wealth Management Operations. The role is based in Columbus, US that has global ownership for delivering innovative automation solutions in response to increasing business demand and the ever-changing tech environment.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Negotiating the ongoing purpose and deliverables of the test effort </li><li>Guide Automation Testers on Frameworks, Automation Standards </li><li>Collaborate closely with technology in BDD implementation. Continuous Integration model development and build tools : IntelliJ/Eclipse, Jenkins/Jules, Maven, BitBucket/Git </li><li>Automate Test Design through testing tools. Test data management using SQLs </li><li>Manage Stakeholder and Automation feasibility study. </li><li>Derive ROI, reporting on automation execution. </li><li>Review code and provide timely feedback </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Expertise in Selenium, Cucumber, Java. Relevant experience in test automation. </li><li>Expertise in BDD / TDD - Behaviour Driven Development/ Test Driven Development. </li><li>Understanding of applications with Web services based implementation - REST and SOAP based. </li><li>Hands on experience in maintaining Keyword, Data and Hybrid frameworks. </li><li>Knowledge on Agile practices. </li><li>Cloud Services/Technologies - AWS/Azure/Google services/Kubernetes/ ZooKeeper/ Docker. </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of Experience in Automation and Manual testing </li><li>Knowledge on one or more automation tools </li><li>Knowledge on SDLC and Agile </li><li>Good project management and Stakeholder management </li><li>Excellent negotiation skills & Decision making ability </li><li>Strong problem solving and good analytical skills </li><li>Ability to multi-task and test different applications relating to a release </li></ul>
