<p>Job Title: Senior Pricing Analyst</p> <p>Location: West Caldwell, NJ</p> <p>Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)</p> <p>Objective: The Senior Pricing Advisor will play a key role supporting strategic growth initiatives as part of the CE Pricing team. This role will own small to medium subsets of larger pricing and business initiatives, conduct in-depth research, analyze data, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver actionable insights.</p> <p>This position requires strong analytical abilities, independent judgment, and the capability to communicate findings effectively in a cross-functional environment to support leadership and business priorities.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to align pricing strategy, profitability, goals, and expectations. </li><li>Conduct data analysis to measure effectiveness of programs, optimize pricing strategies, and identify opportunities for growth. </li><li>Conduct independent data mining analysis to identify price improvement opportunities. </li><li>Leverage Price f(x) for Ad-Hoc analytics to support Pricing & Region Leaders. </li><li>Manage small to medium-scale projects, prioritizing tasks to meet project goals and deadlines. </li><li>Support pricing programs, policy development, and tool enhancements to improve performance and drive change. </li><li>Classify new customer adds and customer classification to appropriate pricing structure. </li><li>Execute price changes in systems, maintain pricing records, and analyze competitive positioning. </li></ul> <p>In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>4 Year / Bachelor's Degree- Bachelors' degree in a related field preferred, but any combination of experience will be considered. </li><li>Years of Experience- 5 years' experience as a pricing analyst, preferable experience in HVAC or distribution. </li><li>Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Strong Excel is a MUST, SQL RDBMS, Price f(x) knowledge preferred. </li><li>Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex data and reports. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present complex data to stakeholders. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details; Project Management a plus. </li><li>Ability to handle confidential information. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities. </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Hybrid work model with in-office presence in West Caldwell, NJ. </li><li>This position will provide dedicated support to the Central Time Zone region, requiring a flexible schedule with modified working hours to effectively address regional needs and demands.
