Value for our customers.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Provide daily interface with and communications support for a VIP Federal customer. </li><li>Work with a highly qualified technical team. </li><li>Develop new applications and maintain legacy apps. </li></ul> <p>What you'll need to succeed:</p> <ul> <li>Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance. </li><li>Security+, or equivalent, certification. </li><li>BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or related field. </li><li>6 years in database administration, engineering, and/or management. </li><li>Experience with installation/migration, configuration, restoration, and maintenance of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc) in a Kubernetes and Linux environment. </li><li>Proficiency in SQL, including experience with PL/pgSQL or similar procedural language, use of SQL tools to monitor daily database activity and health, creation of complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, cursors, and user-defined functions, and primary support for various business-critical SQL Server applications. </li><li>Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS), and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, Bash). </li><li>Experience with Linux/Unix and scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Json. </li><li>Able to support and troubleshoot RDBMS platforms on Linux, Kubernetes, and Windows environments. </li></ul> <p>TARGET SALARY: $166,000 - $193,000</p> <p>The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:</p> <ul> <li>The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience </li><li>The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs </li><li>Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation </li><li>This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include: </li><li>Performance-based bonuses </li><li>Company-paid training and/or certifications </li><li>Referral bonuses </li></ul>
