This role will focus on facilities-related projects (offices, manufacturing plants, and infrastructure) while also supporting process improvement initiatives within our operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering projects that enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability across the organization.</p> <p>This position requires approximately 30-40% travel to company locations and project sites.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and support facilities-related projects including office buildouts, utility upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and capital installations. </li><li>Partner with operations and corporate stakeholders to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules. </li><li>Provide engineering support for process-related initiatives, such as automation, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvements projects. </li><li>Manage vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality execution, safety compliance, and on-time delivery. </li><li>Prepare and present project documentation, including status updates, technical reports, and financial tracking. </li><li>Support corporate sustainability, safety, and asset stewardship initiatives. </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, IT, operations, and supply chain teams. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education, Experience, and/or Training</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field </li><li>Project engineering or related experience in a facilities, capital projects, or process improvement environment. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Knowledge of construction, utilities, and/or manufacturing processes preferred. </li><li>Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, SAP, or similar). </li><li>Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. </li><li>Willingness and ability to travel 30% to company sites. </li></ul>
