Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.</p> <p>The Communications Strategy team connects platform capabilities and communication channel strategies to deliver enhanced outbound messaging (like email, text and push), improve customer experiences, and drive business value. In this role, you will build strong relationships with business partners, facilitate clear communication, and provide expert guidance on utilizing our Communications capabilities. With a proactive and positive approach, you'll help partners solve problems, connect the dots, and make strategic decisions to optimize their communication journeys. You'll guide business partners through communications strategy and discovery, ensuring they are equipped to make informed decisions. You'll support onboarding and enable self-service for communication builds, ensuring more customers receive timely and relevant information to service their accounts.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery </li><li>Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience </li><li>Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers </li><li>Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle </li><li>Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development </li><li>Serve as a proactive liaison between the Communications Team and business partners, consistently presenting and articulating the team's functions and processes to ensure clarity and understanding. </li><li>Develop and maintain robust, collaborative relationships with business partners, prioritizing stakeholder management and relationship building to facilitate effective communication and foster trust. </li><li>Attend meetings with business partners, actively participate, create comprehensive and insightful write-ups, and diligently follow up on associated action items. </li><li>Identify the need for, create and maintain intuitive, user-friendly documentation to support business partners throughout their communication discovery, build and implementation journey. </li><li>Foster open communication and address any concerns or questions from business partners. </li><li>Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, executing repeatable tasks with precision to ensure consistent, accurate, and high-quality communications and operations </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area </li><li>Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle </li><li>Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition </li><li>Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey information and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. </li><li>Strong presentation skills, with the ability to educate and engage diverse audiences, tailoring messages to suit different stakeholders and ensuring clarity and impact. </li><li>Professional demeanor with the ability to confidently represent the team in meetings and presentations. </li><li>Robust organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. </li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive and diligent in approach, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and provide solutions in a dynamic environment. </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience in a similar industry or sector: Familiarity with industry-specific trends and challenges can be advantageous. </li><li>Strong visual storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling and impactful documentation that effectively communicates complex ideas to business partners across the firm. This includes proficiency in designing visually engaging presentations, reports, and other materials that enhance understanding and drive engagement. </li><li>Proven track record of successful partner engagement and relationship-building in a large, matrixed organization. </li><li>Certification in project management or a related discipline, such as PMP or Agile methodologies. </li></ul>
