Our work sits at the intersection of operating model design, process reinvention, AI-enabled procurement, digital platforms, and cost transformation with deep industry context at the core.</p> <p>You are:</p> <p>As a manager, you will own and lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement transformation initiatives, working directly with senior leadership within Accenture Sourcing & Procurement practice and driving relationship with Energy client stakeholders (Category managers, Functional leads, VP level). Your responsibilities will span strategy, design, and execution across the following dimensions:</p> <p>The Work:</p> <p>Operating Model & Organization Design</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design future-ready procurement operating models</p> </li><li> <p>Define roles, governance, decision rights, and ways of working across business, procurement, and suppliers,</p> </li><li> <p>Integrate AI and Agentic AI into procurement workflows to improve speed, quality, and scalability.</p> </li></ul> <p>Process Reinvention & Digital Enablement</p> <ul> <li> <p>Redesign core sourcing and procurement processes using a digital-first and automation-led approach,</p> </li><li> <p>Identify opportunities to embed AI, analytics, and intelligent agents across business partnering, category management, sourcing, contracting, buying, and supplier management,</p> </li><li> <p>Guide clients through procurement technology enablement (e.g., Work orchestration, S2P platforms, analytics).</p> </li></ul> <p>Sourcing, Cost & Value Delivery</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and cost take-out programs across categories.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive value beyond savings, including reliability, supplier performance, and risk reduction.</p> </li><li> <p>Support and lead complex supplier negotiations.</p> </li></ul> <p>Data, Insights & Performance</p> <ul> <li> <p>Use data and analytics to identify bottlenecks, cost opportunities, and performance gaps.</p> </li><li> <p>Define procurement KPIs and 360 value tracking mechanisms aligned with business outcomes / priorities.</p> </li></ul> <p>Leadership & Client Delivery</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage delivery for one or several workstreams.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a team lead accountable of team delivery, leading relationship with client stakeholders, translating pain points and strategies into executable solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Support change management and capability uplift to ensure sustainable adoption.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years of management consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting role.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years' work experience)</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong understanding of procurement operating models, sourcing, and process design.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to lead teams, manage clients, and deliver complex programs</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on exposure to procurement technology implementations (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa).</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with AI, advanced analytics, or automation in procurement contexts.</p> </li><li> <p>Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement certifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).</p> </li><li> <p>MBA or advanced degree.</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-NA-FY25</p> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
