From purchase orders to product launches, you'll work cross-functionally with teams across manufacturing, merchandising, and operations, gaining hands-on experience in how products and materials move through the business.</p> <p>This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and excited to build a foundation in procurement and supply chain.</p> <p>Specific Respsonsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and monitor purchase orders from entry through delivery, helping ensure our products and materials flow seamlessly across the business </li><li>Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment </li><li>Track orders, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clear, organized purchasing records </li><li>Support demand planning and warehouse operations with data entry, receipt tracking, and documentation </li><li>Coordinate purchasing requests across teams, including manufacturing, merchandising, and project support </li><li>Assist with supply ordering for production needs and product launches </li><li>Flag discrepancies and partner with Planning and Finance to resolve issues </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love this Role</p> <ul> <li>Build hands-on experience across the full supply chain lifecycle </li><li>Gain exposure to multiple functions and how the business operates end-to-end </li><li>Be part of a collaborative, detail-driven team </li><li>Grow your career in procurement, planning, or operations </li></ul> <p>Skills/Requirements</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of experience in purchasing, operations, logistics, accounting, customer service, or a related field.
